What we collect

To run your filter plan we collect information you provide — your name, email, shipping address, filter sizes, plan preferences — and standard order and payment details processed securely through Shopify and our subscription provider.

How we use it

We use your information to set up and fulfill your subscription, ship your filters, provide support, and send service messages like shipment reminders. We don't sell your personal information.

Payments

Payments are processed by Shopify and Seal Subscriptions. We don't store full card numbers ourselves.

Your choices

You can view and update your details in My Account, or email us to access, correct, or delete your information.
