Agreement

By using getventwell.com and subscribing to a VentWell plan, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

VentWell provides a recurring home air-filter subscription for eligible Florida addresses. We do not manufacture the filters we ship — VentWell sources every filter from trusted, high-quality third-party manufacturers, selected for consistent MERV performance and build quality. We select and ship filters based on the home information you provide. You're responsible for giving us accurate sizes and address details. VentWell's role is limited to sourcing, sizing guidance, and fulfillment; product defects are subject to the applicable manufacturer's warranty, and we will assist in facilitating any manufacturer warranty claims.

Billing

Plans bill on a recurring basis according to your chosen cadence, via Seal Subscriptions. You authorize these recurring charges until you cancel. See our Subscription & Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime with no fees. Cancellation stops future shipments and charges.

Limitation of liability

VentWell provides filters and delivery; we don't install filters or service HVAC systems. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your most recent shipment.
