That's very common — different returns are often different sizes. When you build your plan, just tell us how many filters your home needs and pick the size for each one. We keep every size on file and include the right filters in each shipment. One plan covers your whole home.

MERV (Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value) is a standard rating for how much a filter captures. Higher numbers catch more — but a too-dense filter can restrict your AC's airflow, so the right grade matters more than the biggest number. We carry the three grades that fit almost every home and help you choose the right one.

MERV 8 — everyday dust, lint, and pollen. Great for homes with no pets and no allergy concerns that want maximum airflow.

MERV 11 — adds finer pollen, pet dander, and mold spores without choking airflow. The popular all-rounder for most Florida families and pet owners.

MERV 13 — the finest everyday filtration, adding smoke and very fine particles. Best for allergy or asthma sufferers, multiple pets, or anyone wanting the cleanest air a standard system can handle.

We stock the 13 most common residential sizes (from 12×12×1 up to 25×25×1), all 1 inch thick, each available in MERV 8, 11, or 13. If your home uses an unusual or thicker size, enter it on the "choose everything yourself" builder or contact us — we can often source it and confirm the fit before shipping.

Filters run $25.99–$54.99 each depending on size and MERV grade, and shipping is always free. You'll see your exact per-shipment price and your approximate yearly cost before you ever enter payment details — no surprises. Most homes land around $28–$42 per filter.

The more filters your plan includes, the more you save — every extra filter takes another 10% off your whole order: 2 filters = 10% off, 3 = 20%, 4+ = 30%. Best of all, the discount applies to every shipment, not just your first box. You'll see the exact savings in your plan summary before you check out.

Yes — every VentWell shipment ships free to your door, on every plan and every cadence. No minimums, no surprise fees at checkout.

Your price is locked to the filters and schedule you choose. If costs ever change, we'll tell you before it affects you — no quiet increases. And you can always adjust your plan or cancel with no fees.

You choose the cadence that matches how hard your home runs: every 3 months (quarterly) — our most popular and lowest yearly cost; every 2 months — for moderate use; or monthly (billed every 4 weeks, 13 shipments per year) — for heavy AC use, multiple pets, or strong allergies. You're charged when you subscribe, and your first box ships within about 3 business days. After that, you're billed and shipped automatically on your chosen schedule (for example, every 3 months). We send a reminder before each shipment, and a real person reviews your plan before the first box goes out.

Anytime. Switch between monthly, every-2-months, and quarterly from your account in a couple of clicks — or email us and we'll make the change for you, usually within one business day.

Yes. Going out of town or still stocked from last time? Pause your plan or skip the next shipment right from your account. Your schedule picks back up whenever you're ready — no penalty.
