Subscription & Cancellation Policy

How the subscription works

VentWell is a recurring filter plan. When you subscribe, you choose a delivery cadence — monthly (billed every 4 weeks, 13 shipments per year), every 2 months, or quarterly (every 3 months). We ship the right MERV filters for your home on that schedule and bill you each time a shipment is prepared. Recurring billing is managed by Seal Subscriptions.

Editing your plan

You're always in control. From My Account you can change your filter sizes, switch cadence, update your shipping address, and adjust your next ship date.

Pausing or skipping

Need a break or still stocked from last time? You can pause your plan or skip an upcoming shipment anytime from your account, with no penalty. Your schedule resumes whenever you're ready.

Cancelling

No contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancel in one step from your account, or email us and we'll handle it — usually within one business day. If you cancel before a shipment is billed, you won't be charged for it.

Wrong size or issues

If the wrong filters arrive, contact us. We'll send the correct filters at no charge and fix your plan so it doesn't happen again.
