Where we ship
VentWell currently ships to homes in Florida. We've built the service around Florida's climate and AC usage, so we're focused on serving this state well before expanding. If you're outside Florida, contact us — we may be able to help or add you to our waitlist.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every VentWell plan. The price you see for your plan is the price you pay — no separate delivery charges.
When your filters arrive
Your first shipment goes out shortly after you subscribe, typically within a few business days. After that, shipments are timed to your cadence (monthly, every 2 months, or quarterly) and arrive before your current filters wear out. We send a reminder email ahead of each delivery.
Delivery issues
If a shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, email us and we'll make it right quickly.
